No refunds will be available for this first look clinic.

Legacy Labs

Legacy Labs Clinic – No Refund Policy At Legacy Lacrosse, we work hard to plan and deliver high-quality, development-driven clinics that respect your time, effort, and investment. Due to the limited spots available and the logistical commitments involved in running our Legacy Labs Offensive and Defensive Clinics, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. We understand that life happens — injuries, schedule conflicts, or unexpected events. While we can’t issue refunds, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible, including offering credit toward future events or sessions when feasible. By registering for a Legacy Labs Clinic, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to the game. — Legacy Lacrosse Staff "Leave Your Legacy."

U14 Travel Team Refund Policy By registering for the Legacy Lacrosse U14 Travel Summer Program, families agree to the following refund policy: Deposits are Non-Refundable All deposits made to secure a roster spot are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds Before Season Start Requests for refunds made before May 15, 2026 (or whichever date you set) may be considered for program fees already paid, minus the deposit and a $50 administrative fee. No Refunds After Season Start Once the program begins (first official practice or team event), no refunds will be issued, regardless of player withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or personal decisions not to participate. Exceptions Refunds may only be granted after the season begins in cases of: Verified medical injury or illness (doctor’s note required) Family relocation out of the area Program cancellation by Legacy Lacrosse Uniforms and Gear Any uniforms, apparel, or gear already ordered are the responsibility of the player/family and will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding that travel lacrosse requires early financial commitments for tournaments, uniforms, field rentals, and coaching expenses. This policy ensures Legacy Lacrosse can provide a reliable and well-organized experience for all families. _________________________________________________________________ Tournaments would be chosen on several factors including: Recruitment- the value of recruitment exposure, variety, and staff who attends the event. Our festival non recruitment events (youth). Cost- registration or individual fee of the event, and costs incurred on travel for the event Conflict- Time conflicts, Holidays, opposing events, and separation between events to create proper development time between events

Youth Summer League

All registrations for the Legacy Summer League are final after the registration deadline (May 31, 2026). Refunds will only be issued before this date, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after the deadline except in cases of: -Verified medical reasons (doctor’s note required) -Event cancellation by Legacy Lacrosse We appreciate your understanding as league planning, team assignments, and expenses are based on registration numbers.
