Overview

Our Girls Program is designed to empower young athletes through high-quality instruction, skill development, and game experience — all in an environment that promotes confidence, toughness, and leadership. From brand-new players to college hopefuls, Legacy Lacrosse is committed to growing the girls’ game in our region.

What We Offer:

• Legacy Learn to Play (Girls)
• Beginner sessions for grades K–5. Equipment available to borrow. Focused on fundamentals, fun, and building confidence.
• Legacy Labs: Girls Skill Clinics
• Focused sessions that cover stick skills, shooting, footwork, and game IQ. Divided by age and experience level.
• Legacy Travel Teams – Indiana Legacy Girls (Summer & Fall)
• Regional teams for competitive players ready to travel and compete. Professional coaching and access to recruiting guidance.
• Legacy College Prep & Recruiting Events
• Specialized showcases and prospect days for high school girls pursuing the next level.

Age Groups:

• 3rd/4th Grade (2034/2033)
• 5th/6th Grade (2032/2031)
• 7th/8th Grade (2030/2029)
• High School JV (2028/2027)
• High School Varsity (2026/2025/2024)

To grow the game of girls lacrosse in Southern Indiana by providing strong female role models, elite coaching, and a fun but serious environment for development.
